The Women of Noble Character (WONC) initiative supports the personal and professional development of young women, 18-30 years of age. Each year, one young woman is recognized for her accomplishments and community support; and is awarded a grant to further support her business or educational goals.

Health & Wellness is a vital component of a thriving community and we support a better quality of life physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The Develop Me Fit initiative is designed to increase awareness regarding health issues, current research, practices, and treatments of common illnesses among the underserved and underemployed communities. The Atikal Foundation partners with other organizations to promote preventive health strategies, provide screenings, and share an abundance of knowlege to living a better quality of life.
